Overview

The UM Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center, in collaboration with No Stomach For Cancer, is hosting Spotlight on Stomach Cancer, an educational symposium designed to bring together patients, caregivers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and members of the public. This event provides a welcoming space to learn, share experiences, and connect with others impacted by stomach cancer. Through expert presentations and discussions, participants will gain practical guidance and insights into stomach cancer risk, care, and emerging research.

This FREE event is open to:

  • People who are at risk, newly diagnosed, currently in treatment, or survivors
  • Family members and caregivers
  • Advocates and members of the public
  • Healthcare professionals and trainees

  • Identify current and emerging approaches to stomach cancer prevention, detection, and treatment
  • Better understand key terminology and care pathways
  • Feel more prepared to ask questions and participate actively in care decisions
