This program is open to community-based urology and oncology practices ("Organizations") who aim to implement or expand germline and somatic testing for patients with prostate cancer, when clinically recommended. Accepted Organizations will be matched with a Visiting Professor: a clinical expert whose skills meet your Organization’s learning needs and goals as you outline them in your proposal below. Your Organization will then receive funding and support to host a half-day education program with your Visiting Professor, held onsite or near your Organization, to address your learning needs and goals.
After the onsite program with your Visiting Professor, your Organization will develop a small process improvement project related to the germline and somatic testing training. This project will receive guidance and support from your Visiting Professor and PCF as you develop and implement this project.
