Using data from various sources, the UMGCCC Office of Community Outreach and Engagement developed a catchment area resource slide deck that cancer center members are encouraged to use to inform and prioritize their cancer research. This information is disseminated to cancer center leaders and members through various channels so that our researchers are aware of the cancer priorities in our area and align their research to be responsive to our local cancer burden.
